Our tribute Pilsner brewed to honor Quarter Master Robert Andersen and LTJG Robert Clancy. These outstanding heroes were born in the same year, served proudly in WW2 and passed away the same year. We brewed this in the style we felt they would enjoy. Light, Crispy, Golden Clean and refreshing. Beer that looks like well beer!

CREAM ALE

The OG of our beer selection. This beer is one of the first 4 that we launched with, and has truly held its ground. Light, savory, clean, super approachable and mildly bitter. Very user friendly over all, a fan favorite.

SAP SUCKER

Perhaps one of the most unique brews in the Hudson Valley. This beer was built on a bed of Sap from our trees right here on the farm. Subtle hop additions of Sennet and Styrian provide a mild bitterness while the yeast allows for a crisp, dry, slightly tart, and huge aromatics
